With more than 45,000 registered members, Genealogy Today helps connect researchers with common family lines, while providing time-saving resources to stay abreast of new information.
When you search a name, if there is any information that is found it will be displayed by the specific database that found the information. The display will also include the number of hits the database found for that name. It's slightly different from other sites as to how the information is displayed and may be somewhat confusing to some. Once you get used to their format, you'll find the service much easier to use.
Genealogy today is free site that contains links to other sites and products to help genealogists with their research—many of these products will cost money and some of the sites that you will link to will charge you a fee for their services or information. However, as a resource to enhance your research, Genealogy Today may be worth visiting.
